Here at Tre Fit Foods we believe nutritious meals are foundational to health and wellness. But when you’re juggling a busy schedule, it can be challenging to find time to enjoy a healthy, home-cooked meal, let alone find healthy recipes, shop the right ingredients and then finally cook everything.
Our plant-based meals are high in fiber, complex carbohydrates, and water content from fruit and vegetables. This may help to keep people feeling fuller for longer and increase energy use when resting.
ORDERING
Tre Fit Foods makes this part of the process easy and quick for you. You will always order your meals the week before you pick them up. We know that life gets busy, so we are giving you plenty of time to fit this step into your schedule.
- The order window is open 6 days per week, starting each Monday at 5:00 p.m. (CST); ending Saturday at 6:00 p.m. (CST) of that same week.
- Your delicious meals will be ready for pick up on the following Monday, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. (CST) – 6:00 p.m. (CST), at Tre Cooking Concepts located at 8200 Preston Road, Suite 135, Plano, TX 75024.
